Brevard County is located on the east coast of Central Florida with 72 miles of beautiful coastline along the Atlantic Ocean Shores. 3-2-1 Blast Off! Also known as the Space Coast, Brevard County is home to NASA and The Kennedy Space Center.  Since 1968 Kennedy Space Center has been NASA's primary launch site for human spaceflight and continues to be the essential location of space exploration for both government and commercial programs. Launches are a regular occurrence on the Space Coast with each mission more exciting and more innovating than ever before.

Business and Industry, Brevard County has it. Including Port Canaveral, one of the worlds busiest cruise ports contributing hundreds of millions of dollars annually to The Space Coasts economy. Education, Trade, Government, Health, Tourism and the ever expanding field of Leisure & Hospitality as well as civilian and military employment at Patrick Air Base and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station all help to drive the Space Coast economy.

Culture and Entertainment abound on the Space Coast including The Maxwell C. King Center for Performing Arts, a venue featuring locally produced shows as well as appearances from some of today’s Top Entertainers. Among the over 100 annually scheduled events are regular professional performances from Brevards own Brevard Symphony Orchestra and The Space Coast Ballet.

Opened in 1992, The Brevard Zoo is home to over 900 animals and offers exhibits, tours, kayaking, train rides and thrilling, in the trees adventure trails including zip-lining over the tree tops and animals within the 75 acre facility.
